Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative MarTech SaaS company as an Onboarding Specialist? Over the first 90 days the onboarding specialist will work with the customers to ensure they are maximizing the potential of the platform and address any concerns early in the customer’s journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process, guiding customers through key setup steps and best practices.
- Proactively engage customers via calls, emails, and video messages to boost product adoption.
- Monitor customer behaviour to identify and assist at-risk accounts, reducing churn.
- Provide tailored advice, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure customers achieve their goals.
- Work towards KPIs including retention, engagement, and onboarding completion.
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, or account management), preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with KPIs and customer engagement metrics.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and small business needs is a plus.
- Salesforce proficiency is highly desirable.
