Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative MarTech SaaS company as an Finance Administrator?  As Finance Administrator, you will be providing assistance to the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with accounts payable by reviewing invoices, coordinating payments, and tracking expenses.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve payment issues to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide general support across the business, including data entry, document management, and responding to internal requests.
  • Assist with planning and organizing industry events, private events, meetings, travel arrangements, and other sales and marketing activities.
  • Support daily office functions, including facility management, office supply coordination, and onboarding/offboarding staff.
 
What You’ll Need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable and payable processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite/MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
 
Benefits
